  • Office of Inclusive Engagement: the Missouri State University office which aims to increase the overall inclusion and engagement of the campus and foster a welcoming environment for all students, faculty and staff.
  • Office of Equity and Compliance: the Missouri State University office ensures compliance with federal, state and institutional policy guidelines that promote a non-discriminatory and harrassment free environment.
  • 2015 Campus and Community Climate Study project: a study conducted to examine the overall culture of the university. The study aimed to determine whether the university's leadership reflected its stated goals of facilitating a diverse, welcoming campus. It also proposed solutions to improve conditions for underrepresented students, staff and faculty.
  • 2019 Climate Survey: a summary of data collected concerning the experiences of students, faculty, staff and administrators with regards to inclusion and equity at MSU as compared to other institutions.
  • Dual Career Assistance program: a policy which supports dual career couples to attract and retain a quality workforce, and as a long-range economic benefit to the university. MSU is committed to offering placement advice and assistance whenever feasible and appropriate.
  • Family and Medical Leave (FML): a policy which allows an MSU employee to take job-protected time off from work due to a qualifying life event, including the birth of the employee's child.

  • ARC Network: a program which strives to advance equity on a national level by facilitating the adoption and implementation of evidence-based systemic initiatives by institutions of higher education and other STEM organizations that affect those in STEM workplaces.
